How can you customize your toys?

There are many ways to customize the toys. The children can paint with different techniques and materials, paste adhesives, put your name on the poster, etc ...

It takes much space?

The fact that they are cardboard easy to fold toys, also makes them easy to store, taking up minimal space. The size of the house is 70cm wide x 70cm long x 100cm high. And the folded size is 80cm wide x 100cm high x 8cm thick. The puppet's theatre is 68cm wide x 25cm long x 130cm high and folded 68cm wide x 1,5 cm high x 130 cm thick.

 

The cardboard is tough?

Toys are made of recyclable and biodegradable cardboard, highly resistant with a thickness of 5mm.

Are they easy to assemble?

The toys assembly is very simple, only the fit of two tabs (one side and one on the roof) with the house and fit the curtain with the theatre. The toys has some instructions with explanatory drawings and you can also look for the instructions in the store section.

How can I know if you received my order?

We send a confirmation e-mail when ordering. This lets you know that your order is processed.

How can I pay the order?

You can pay your order by Paypal gateway, being previously registered, or with credit card by the same gateway.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery in Spain is 24 to 48 hours (working days). Delivery to the rest of Europe is 3 to 4 days.

Can I change or return products?

We are confident in the quality of our products, but we offer within 5 working days to exchange or return a product that does not feel satisfied.

IMPORTANT:

1. To make the change of a product:

- Must be in good condition, intact (not utilitzado or dirty)
- With the original packaging

2. Once received and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to exchange or refund.

- In case of change: If the amount of the new product is superior, you have to pay the difference, and if less, proceed to REFUNDED this.
- In case of return: We will pay the amount by bank transfer.

3. The shipping costs for exchanges or returns shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are not paid in the following cases:

- if the customer has received the wrong product.
- if the product was faulty when you received it.

Be notified by e-mail exchange or return:

- Name, address, e-mail des which made the purchase.
- Date, name and product price.
- Reason for return or exchange.
- If a credit is requested, specify the number of bank account where the transfer.

Can I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us through info@setdecartro.com. If you already have the shipment of the product, the order and may be canceled.
